Account details you provide (such as your name, email and profile photo when you sign in with Google), the ads and messages you create, and technical data such as device and usage information.
How we use your information
To operate the marketplace, connect buyers and sellers, power messaging and Pay & Ship orders, personalise recommendations, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
Sharing
We share information with other users only as needed to complete a transaction (for example a delivery address on a Pay & Ship order). We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights (POPIA)
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@omx.co.za to exercise these rights.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Never share sensitive financial details in chat.
